Our facilitators train and recruit young scientists to improve the fate of humanity , because the challenges are numerous in these post-apocalyptic times.
Fascinating experiments and dazzling demonstrations will be on the program!

KAKOPHONIK
FIRST CYCLE
A new society requires excellent communications. You need to know what noise, sound and music are. Become an expert in sound waves and end in style by making your musical instrument!
For ages 6 to 8

SECOND PRIMARY CYCLE
Bridges and ferries are destroyed, new ways must be found to cross the St. Lawrence. Boat, hot air balloon, airship, submarine? It's all about density!

BALISTIK
SECOND AND THIRD PRIMARY CYCLE
An another group of survivors etablished their Bunker on the other side of the river. We need a way to send them goods beyond the toxic water of the Saint Lawrence River.
Cannon, crossbow and catapult are in the spotlight of this workshop entirely dedicated to the science of projectiles.

The electrical network is screwed up. We now need to become experts in electricity. Our future depends on it! Explore electricity, static and dynamic. You'll then be able to assemble circuits and pirate a flashlight in order to make a conductivity detector!

ASTRONOMIK
THIRD CYCLE PRIMARY
To survive, Bunker scouts must scour the region for new resources. In these post-apocalyptic times, how do they manage to orient themselves?
Without internet or GPS, the inhabitants of the Bunker take over the orientation basics: maps, compasses, sundials or even star-finders prove to be invaluable tools!
A 2-hour workshop where young people explore the notions of magnetism and the Earth's magnetic field, the rotation of the Earth and the revolution of the Earth around the Sun.

PHOTONIK
THIRD CYCLE PRIMARY
In order to communicate with the scouts who have gone on a supply mission, the survivors of the Bunker develop advanced communication techniques: using the properties of light , they have developed methods to code and send secret messages! Thanks to the phenomena of light reflection and lasers, their information can be transmitted over long distances.
A fun 2-hour workshop where young scientists exchange coded messages and explore the behavior of light with the phenomena of reflection and diffraction, additive and subtractive syntheses... not to mention some dazzling demonstrations!

VIRTUAL BUNKERS
THIRD PRIMARY CYCLE
A virtual photographic immersion: puzzles, games, educational capsules and breathtaking demonstrations in the immersive universe of the Bunker!
As a group, explore different scientific themes in the Bunker's underground laboratories. Move around the lab to acquire new essential knowledge to solve the puzzles and pass the levels.
Based on the progression of learning and rooted in the scientific approach.
Only a computer with internet connection and a projector (or IWB) are necessary.
